What Happens with Colon Hydrotherapy?
Colon hydrotherapy, also known as colon cleansing, is a process of using warm water to flush out your colon and remove waste material. During the therapy, a tube is inserted into the rectum, and water flows into the colon to loosen and soften impacted fecal matter. The waste is then expelled from the body through the tube.
